ROOTS
Cascina delle Monache’s story is as young as deeply rooted and characteristic in the Gavi wine land.
Rosangela and Carlo, known as “Gilli” and “Carlin” by friends and family, were the first founders of this family-owned business and began the story of our family’s dedication to the land. They have thought and shared with us values such as the respect for the nature and their passion for this job.
